ILR Tracker is operated by Centora Ltd (company number 17218097), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”, “Centora”). By accessing and using ILR Tracker, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
ILR Tracker is an online tool that helps UK visa holders track their journey towards Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British citizenship. Features vary by plan (Basic and paid plans) and may change over time. The Service may include, depending on your plan:

ILR Tracker is a tool to assist with immigration tracking. It is not a substitute for legal advice. We recommend consulting with qualified immigration advisors for official applications.
ILR Tracker offers a free Basic plan and paid plans. Paid plans are a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings (via the Stripe customer portal). When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you access to the paid features for the lifetime of the Service.
Our paid plans give you immediate access to digital content and features. When you purchase, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore give up the 14-day “cooling-off” right to cancel for a refund that would otherwise apply to online purchases. For this reason, payments are non-refundable and all sales are final, except where you have a legal right to a refund — for example, if the paid features are faulty, not as described, or do not work as they should, in which case your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. If you believe something is genuinely wrong with the Service, contact us at hello@centora.uk. For subscriptions, you can cancel future renewals at any time; cancelling stops further charges but does not refund the period you have already paid for.
ILR Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be notified to you where appropriate.
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
