1. Acceptance of Terms

ILR Tracker is operated by Centora Ltd (company number 17218097), a company registered in England and Wales with its registered office at 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX (“we”, “us”, “Centora”). By accessing and using ILR Tracker, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Service Description

ILR Tracker is an online tool that helps UK visa holders track their journey towards Indefinite Leave to Remain (ILR) and British citizenship. Features vary by plan (Basic and paid plans) and may change over time. The Service may include, depending on your plan:

  • Trip and absence management, including importing trips from spreadsheets/CSV or a calendar (.ics) file
  • Absence calculations against the relevant rolling 12-month and qualifying-period rules
  • ILR eligibility tracking across routes (including standard, long residence, private life, and EU Settlement)
  • Naturalisation (British citizenship) eligibility tracking, including the residence and absence rules
  • A travel calculator and safe-travel-day estimates, plus a trip simulator and advanced absence analysis
  • Application lifecycle tracking (submission, biometrics, and decision stages) and projected timelines
  • Community-sourced processing-time information for ILR and citizenship applications
  • A financial planner with estimated costs and timelines
  • An application planner with document checklists and a readiness score
  • Life in the UK test practice and mock exams
  • Email and in-app notifications and reminders
  • PDF and CSV report and export generation
  • Free public calculators, tools, and guides

All calculations, estimates, processing times, and projections are provided for general guidance only, are based on the information you enter, and may not reflect your individual circumstances or current law. See the disclaimer below.

3. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate and complete information
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Using the service in compliance with applicable laws
  • Verifying all calculations and reports with qualified advisors

4. Disclaimer

ILR Tracker is a tool to assist with immigration tracking. It is not a substitute for legal advice. We recommend consulting with qualified immigration advisors for official applications.

5. Plans, Payment and Cancellation

ILR Tracker offers a free Basic plan and paid plans. Paid plans are a monthly subscription, an annual subscription, or a one-time Lifetime purchase. Current prices are shown on our pricing page. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.

Subscriptions and auto-renewal

Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price at the end of each billing period, unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your account settings (via the Stripe customer portal). When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.

Lifetime plan

The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment that gives you access to the paid features for the lifetime of the Service.

Refunds

Our paid plans give you immediate access to digital content and features. When you purchase, you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you therefore give up the 14-day “cooling-off” right to cancel for a refund that would otherwise apply to online purchases. For this reason, payments are non-refundable and all sales are final, except where you have a legal right to a refund — for example, if the paid features are faulty, not as described, or do not work as they should, in which case your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 still apply. If you believe something is genuinely wrong with the Service, contact us at hello@centora.uk. For subscriptions, you can cancel future renewals at any time; cancelling stops further charges but does not refund the period you have already paid for.

6. Limitation of Liability

ILR Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post any changes on this page and update the “Last updated” date above. Significant changes will be notified to you where appropriate.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have in your country of residence.
